  • Grab yourself a copy of Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 VLK key generator (MSKey.exe or Windows XP Keygen.exe).
  • use this tutorial to learn how to change your product key to the generated one
  • Open C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\HOSTS with notepad and add 
    127.0.0.1 mpa.one.microsoft.com
  • If you have windows genuine advantage installed and are getting annoy pop ups about it download hijackthis and run a scan remove the entry that says 
    Winlogon Notify: Wgalogon - C:WindowsSystem32WgaLogon.dll
